Void- Labels / Duo-Labels

Tamper evident solutions for visual proof of tampering

A void label is a multilayer film label engineered so that when removal is attempted, a hidden pattern (e.g., Void/Opened) appears on the product surface, the label itself, via controlled delamination between specially coated/printed layers and the adhesive interface. The effect is irreversible. The adhesive layer bonds the label to the substrate; its strength and interaction with the pattern- release interfaces decide where the separation occurs.

Dry peel Duo- Labels

This application requires at least the use of two pressure sensitive substrates. Print graphics first, then apply release coating and cure thoroughly. Then apply transfer coating onto the cured release coating and cure thoroughly. Reverse print onto transfer coating if desired. Marry and nip second pressure sensitive substrate to the cured transfer coating. When the labels are peeled apart, the two UV layers will split leaving a gloss appearance to both sides.
