Dry Peel Duo Label

At least two adhesive materials are used. The design is printed on the base material and UV- cured. Then, the release coating is applied over the entire surface and subsequently UV- cured. The stain varnish is then applied over the release coating and UV- cured. If required, the static coating can be printed in reverse UV- inks. The second pressure sensitive material is printed, and the liner is removed. The adhesive side can also be printed if required and then laminated to the base material. The laminated construction can be opened and resealed between release and static varnish.

Void Labels

A so- called void label is a tamper- evident security seal that reveals a hidden message or color change when removed. Visually distinctive void seals are created through various combination of release/static varnish different inks.

Core of both label- constructions are the UV- Flexo Release Varnish 1UG006 and Static Varnish 1UG003.
