For a low tack and removable result the suggested coating weight are from 5 g/m2 – 12 g/m2, depending on the desired properties. For medium to high tack results the suggested coating weight are from 12 g/m2. Be aware that higher coating weight require also more curing power. Heating the adhesive can improve the transfer characteristics.

The two coatings are suitable for the production of a dry peel duo label. Duo labels are two laminated pressure sensitive substrates, whereby the second label is removable from the base label, to become a non- stick glossy dry label. The base label remains as permanent label on the packaging.
